By purchasing tickets or entering Fogleman Farms, guests agree to the following terms.

 

Agritourism Liability Notice

WARNING

Under North Carolina law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks include risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

 

Farm Policies

Fogleman Farms is a working agricultural environment. Guests assume the natural risks associated with visiting a farm including uneven ground, insects, weather conditions, and farm equipment.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the farm and are valid only for the selected date and time. Bloom timing and field conditions vary due to weather and crop conditions.

Children must be supervised at all times. Guests must follow farm rules, respect the flowers, and pick only in designated areas.

 

Photography Policy

Casual personal photography is welcome. Professional photography sessions must be booked and approved in advance. Photographers who have not booked a session or who do not follow farm rules may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

Additional Policies

No pets (except service animals). No outside alcohol. Fogleman Farms reserves the right to modify hours, attractions, or field access due to weather, safety, or crop conditions.
